Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a copper tube having excellent corrosion resistance, which can exhibit higher corrosion resistance to ant nest corrosion and can be used suitably as a heat exchanger tube, a refrigerant piping or the like in an air conditioning apparatus or a refrigerating apparatus. A copper tube containing P in an amount of 0.15 to 0.50% by weight and a remainder made up by Cu and impurities, wherein P oxide particles are contained in a material for the copper tube and the number density of P oxide particles each having an equivalent circle diameter of 0.1 μm or more, among the above-mentioned P oxide particles, is 50000 particles/mm2 or less.
(FR) L'invention concerne un tube de cuivre ayant une excellente résistance à la corrosion, qui peut présenter une résistance supérieure à la corrosion en nid de fourmis et peut être utilisé de façon appropriée comme tube d'échangeur de chaleur, tuyauterie de fluide frigorifique ou analogue dans un appareil de climatisation ou un appareil de réfrigération. Le tube de cuivre selon l'invention contient du P dans une quantité comprise entre 0,15 et 0,50 % massique, le reste étant constitué de Cu et d'impuretés, les particules d'oxyde de P étant contenues dans un matériau conçu pour le tube de cuivre et le nombre volumique de particules d'oxyde de P ayant chacune un diamètre équivalent de 0,1 µm ou plus, parmi les particules d'oxyde de P susmentionnées, étant de 50 000 particules/mm2 ou moins.
(JA) 蟻の巣状腐食に対して、より一層高い耐食性を発揮することの出来る、空調機器や冷凍機器における伝熱管や冷媒配管等として好適に用いられる防食性に優れた銅管を提供する。 Pを0.15~0.50重量%の割合で含有し、残部がCuと不純物からなる銅管にして、該銅管の材質中に、Pの酸化物粒子を含有し、且つかかるP酸化物粒子中のうちの、円相当直径が0.1μm以上のものの数密度が、50000個/mm2 以下となるようにした。
