Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a motor control apparatus provided with a rotation position detector capable of detecting the rotation position of the motor every 90° by electric angle, wherein the phase at the start of rotation of the rotor can be easily obtained and the responsiveness at the start of rotation of the rotor is high. A motor control apparatus 1 is provided with a fixed phase setting unit 22 for setting the fixed phase of a motor 2 in accordance with a detection signal outputted from a rotation position detector 13. The fixed phase setting unit 22 sets, as the fixed phase, a first fixed phase equal to or greater than -90° relative to the stable stop point of the maximum electric angle of the rotor 51 and equal to or less than 90° relative to the stable stop point of the minimum electric angle of the rotor 51, in accordance with the detection signal, at the start of rotation of the rotor 51, and sets, as the fixed phase, a second fixed phase equal to or greater than -90° relative to the stable stop point of the maximum electric angle of the rotor 51 and equal to or less than 90° relative to the stable stop point of the minimum electric angle of the rotor 51, in accordance with the detection signal after the type of the detection signal has switched due to the rotation of the rotor 51.
