Abstract:
(EN) A core of a structural sandwich material in a compact state comprises a sandwich of sheets having at least two superposed sheets. The core is designed to be transferred into an expanded state in which the sandwich of sheets is stretched in the thickness direction of the sheets to form a cellular structure. Each sheet of the sandwich of sheets has spatially periodic corrugations. A spatial period of the corrugations is strictly smaller than a spatial period of the adhesive strips laid on the sheets. A remainder of the Euclidean division of the spatial period of the adhesive strips by the spatial period of the corrugations is strictly greater than zero.
(FR) Une âme de matériau structural sandwich dans un état compact comporte un sandwich de feuilles comprenant au moins deux feuilles superposées. L'âme est apte à être placée dans un état expansé dans lequel le sandwich de feuilles est étiré selon la direction d'épaisseur de feuilles pour former une structure alvéolée. Chaque feuille du sandwich de feuilles présente des ondulations spatialement périodiques. Une période spatiale des ondulations est strictement inférieure à une période spatiale des bandes adhésives disposées sur les feuilles. Un reste de la division euclidienne de la période spatiale des bandes adhésives par la période spatiale des ondulations est strictement supérieur à zéro.
