Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a conductive hydrogel comprising a polystyrene sulfonate compound selected from poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS), reduced graphene oxide polystyrene sulfonate (rGO:PSS) and rGO:PEDOT:PSS; and a conjugate of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and a linker-(BX)n oligopeptide of formula (I) wherein B is lysine or arginine, X is selected from alanine, glycine, serine, threonine, tyrosine, glutamic acid or aspartic acid and n is an integer selected from 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 1 1, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20. The invention further relates to processes for assembling the conductive hydrogel. The conductive hydrogel can be used in various biomedical applications, such as neuroprostheses, biosensors, nerve grafts, cell culture and encapsulation of cells and microorganisms as well as for drug delivery.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un hydrogel conducteur comprenant un composé polystyrène sulfonate choisi parmi poly(3,4-éthylènedioxythiophène)polystyrène sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS), oxyde de graphène réduit-polystyrène sulfonate (rGO:PSS) et rGO:PEDOT:PSS; et un conjugué de polyéthylène glycol (PEG) et d'un lieur-(BX)n oligopeptide de formule (I) où B est la lysine ou l'arginine, X est choisi parmi l'alanine, la glycine, la sérine, la thréonine, la tyrosine, l'acide glutamique ou l'acide aspartique et n est un nombre entier choisi parmi 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 et 20. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés d'assemblage de l'hydrogel conducteur. L'hydrogel conducteur peut être utilisé dans diverses applications biomédicales, telles que des neuroprothèses, des biocapteurs, des greffons nerveux, la culture cellulaire et l'encapsulation de cellules et de micro-organismes ainsi que pour l'administration de médicaments.
