Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to chromium steel which has a high resistance to corrosion and a high resistance to wear while having an improved electrochemical anisotropy and workability, consisting of 0.3 to 0.55% carbon, 0.04 to 0.25% nitrogen, 0.20 to 0.90% silicon, 0.30 to 0.90% manganese, up to 0.03% sulfur, 15 to 18% chromium, 0.5 to 2% molybdenum, 0.10 to 0.40% tungsten, 0.50 to 1.00% nickel, 0.10 to 0.45% vanadium, 0.01 to 0.15% niobium, up to 0.05% titanium, 0.05 to 0.50% copper, up to 0.40% rare earth metals, 0.005 to 0.030% aluminum, up to 0.15% zirconium, up to 0.02% boron, up to 0.035% phosphor, and residual iron including smelting-related impurities. The chromium steel has a special suitability, in particular for producing shaving foils or thin sheets, in particular for perforated foils, lattice foils, filter insert, separating screens, and filtration trommel screens.
(FR) L'invention concerne un acier au chrome présentant une résistance élevée à la corrosion et une résistance élevée à l'usure tout en présentant une anisotropie électrochimique et une aptitude au façonnage améliorées, constitué par 0,3 à 0,55 % de carbone, 0,04 à 0,25 % d'azote, 0,20 à 0,90 % de silicium, 0,30 à 0,90 % de manganèse, jusqu'à 0,03 % de soufre, 15 à 18 % de chrome, 0,5 à 2 % de molybdène, 0,10 à 0,40 % de tungstène, 0,50 à 1,00 % de nickel, 0,10 à 0,45 % de vanadium, 0,01 à 0,15 % de niobium, jusqu'à 0,05 % de titane, 0,05 à 0,50 % de cuivre, jusqu'à 0,40 % de métaux des terres rares, 0,005 à 0,030 % d'aluminium, jusqu'à 0,15 % de zirconium, jusqu'à 0,02 % de bore et jusqu'à 0,035 % de phosphore, le reste étant constitué de fer et des impuretés provoquées par l'élaboration. L'acier au chrome présente une adéquation particulière, en particulier pour la fabrication de grilles de rasage ou de tôles minces, en particulier pour des feuilles perforées, des feuilles en treillis, des inserts de filtre, des tamis de séparation et des tambours de filtration.
