Abstract:
(EN) A pump unit (2) for generating a homogenised pump laser beam (15B) for optically pumping a laser-active medium (13) of a laser system (1), comprising a pump laser system (3) in which a plurality of laser beams (19A, 19B, 19C, 19A', 19B', 19C') are superimposed to form a primary pump laser beam (15A). The pump unit (2) further comprises an optical beam shaping system (5) for homogenising the primary pump laser beam (15A), the optical beam shaping system (5) comprising a micro lens arrangement (7) having a plurality of lenses (7A) and an optical light mixing element (9) for guiding the primary pump laser beam (15A) through multiple reflection and for emitting the homogenised pump laser beam (15B). The micro lens arrangement (7) is arranged such that the primary pump laser beam (15A) passes through a plurality of lenses (7A) of the micro lens arrangement (7) before being coupled into the optical light mixing element (9).
(FR) L'invention concerne une unité pompe (2) destinée à produire un faisceau laser de pompage homogénéisé (15B), pour effectuer le pompage optique d'un milieu actif au laser (13) d'un système laser (1). Ladite unité pompe comprend un système laser de pompage (3), dans lequel une pluralité de faisceaux laser (19A, 19B, 19C, 19A', 19B', 19C') sont superposés en un faisceau laser de pompage primaire (15A). L’unité pompe (2) comprend en outre un système optique de formation de faisceau (5) destiné à homogénéiser le faisceau laser de pompage primaire (15A), ledit système optique de formation de faisceau (5) comprenant un réseau de microlentilles (7) doté d’une pluralité de lentilles (7A) et un élément optique de mélange de lumière (9) destiné à guider le faisceau laser de pompage primaire (15A) par réflexion multiple, et à fournir le faisceau laser de pompage homogénéisé (15B). Le réseau de microlentilles (7) est disposé de sorte que le faisceau laser de pompage primaire (15A) traverse plusieurs lentilles (7A) dudit réseau de microlentilles (7) avant l’injection dans l'élément optique de mélange de lumière (9).
(DE) Eine Pumpeinheit (2) zur Erzeugung eines homogenisierten Pumplaserstrahls (15B) zum opti- schen Pumpen eines laseraktiven Mediums (13) eines Lasersystems (1) umfasst ein Pumpla- sersystem (3), bei dem eine Mehrzahl von Laserstrahlen (19A, 19B, 19C, 19A', 19B', 19C') zu einem primären Pumplaserstrahl (15A) überlagert werden. Ferner umfasst die Pumpeinheit (2) ein optisches Strahlformungssystem (5) zur Homogenisierung des primären Pumplaserstrahls (15A), wobei das optische Strahlformungssystem (5) eine Mikrolinsenanordnung (7) mit einer Mehrzahl von Linsen (7A) und ein optisches Lichtmischungselement (9) zur Führung des primären Pumplaserstrahls (15A) durch Mehrfachreflexion und zur Abgabe des homogenisier- ten Pumplaserstrahl (15B) aufweist. Die Mikrolinsenanordnung (7) ist derart angeordnet, dass der primäre Pumplaserstrahl (15A) mehrere Linsen (7A) der Mikrolinsenanordnung (7) vor der Einkopplung in das optische Lichtmischungselement (9) durchstrahlt.
