Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for checking a characteristic value, in particular the drive capacity, the effectiveness of a brake, and/or the effectiveness of a block stop, of an elevator system (1), in particular in a wind turbine, which elevator system has a load car (2), which can be driven by means of a support cable (5) guided over at least one traction sheave (4), and a drive device for driving the traction sheave (4), in which method the load car (2) is moved upward and/or downward at a speed by means of the drive device, while a test force corresponding to a test load inserted into the load car is applied to the load car (2), and at the same time the drive capacity of the traction sheave (4) is checked. In order to specify measuring equipment (9) for carrying out such a method, in which method a test force that corresponds to the weight force of the test load in magnitude and direction and that is constant during the check of the drive capacity is produced without a test load being inserted into the load car, according to the invention, a test force that corresponds to the weight force of the test load in magnitude and direction and which is constant during the check of the drive capacity is produced without a test load being inserted into the load car (2).
