Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a brake disc having a first and second friction ring (101a, 101b) made of a first material and having connecting elements (102) arranged between the friction rings. The connecting elements are at least partially made of a second material which differs from the first material. By replacing the cast iron ribs acting as connecting elements, it is possible to reduce the weight of the brake disc.
(FR) L'invention concerne un disque de frein comprenant une première et une deuxième bague de friction (101a, 101b) constituée d'un premier matériau et des éléments de liaison (102) agencés entre les bagues de friction. Les éléments de liaison sont constitués au moins en partie d'un deuxième matériau différent du premier matériau. Le remplacement des nervures en fonte agissant comme des éléments de liaison permet de réduire le poids du disque de frein.
(DE) Bremsscheibe mit einem aus einem ersten Material bestehenden ersten und zweiten Reibring (101a, 101b) und mit zwischen den Reibringen angeordneten Verbindungselementen (102). Die Verbindungselemente sind wenigstens zum Teil aus einem vom ersten Material unterschiedlichen zweiten Material bestehen. Durch den Ersatz der als Verbindungselemente wirkenden Gusseisenrippen wird eine Gewichtseinsparung der Bremsscheibe möglich.
