Abstract:
(EN) The present invention proposes an apparatus for waste gas scrubbing, more particularly in a urea plant, wherein the apparatus is designed such that, along a transport direction in the channel, a waste gas passes through - a first region (11) to remove dust particles, more particularly urea dust particles, from the waste gas and - a second region (12) to remove chemical compounds from the waste gas that can be integrated in an aqueous liquid phase through an acid-base reaction, more particularly of ammonia; wherein a cross-sectional area of the channel running perpendicular to the transport direction in the second region (12) is larger than a cross-sectional area running perpendicular to the transport direction in the first region (11), and wherein the apparatus (1) is designed such that, in the assembled state of the apparatus (1), the channel (5) runs horizontally, at least in sections, and/or the transport direction (T) of the waste gas runs horizontally through the channel (5).
(FR) La présente invention propose un dispositif d'épuration des effluents gazeux, en particulier dans une installation d'urée, le dispositif étant conçu de telle sorte qu'un effluent gazeux passe dans une direction de transport dans le conduit - une première zone (11) prévue pour éliminer des particules de poussière, en particulier des particules de poussière d'urée issues des effluents gazeux et - une deuxième zone (12) prévue pour éliminer des composés chimiques issus des effluents gazeux qui peuvent s'intégrer par une réaction acidobase dans une phase liquide aqueuse, en particulier de l'ammoniac, une section transversale du canal s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction de transport étant plus grande dans la deuxième zone (12) qu'une section transversale s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction de transport dans la première zone (11) et le dispositif (1) étant conçu de telle sorte que le canal (5), lorsqu'il est monté, s'étende au moins par sections horizontalement et/ou la direction de transport (T) de l'effluent gazeux traverse horizontalement le canal (5).
