Abstract:
The invention relates to a capacitive, diaphragm-based pressure-measuring device (1) for process automation, by means of which primarily regulations concerning explosion protection and heat resistance can be complied with. The invention is characterized by: an electrical coupler structure (6), which is in contact with the pressure-dependent capacitor (5); at least one first transmitter/receiver antenna (81) for transmitting an electromagnetic signal (SHF) to the coupler structure (6) and for receiving an electromagnetic signal (EHF) reflected from the coupler structure (6); a waveguide (9) arranged between the at least first transmitter/receiver antenna (81) and the coupler structure (6). According to the invention, this makes it possible to read the pressure (p) wirelessly by means of an electronic unit (7). As a result of this wireless form of pressure value transmission, it is made possible for no active live components to have to be mounted directly on the measuring diaphragm (3). The necessary distance from the transmitter/receiver antenna (81, 82) to the measuring diaphragm (3) is formed by the waveguide (9) so that regulations applicable in process automation technology can be met.
