Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an infrared radiator for the heat treatment of a material web, comprising an incandescent body, against which a gas-air mixture that can be supplied to the infrared radiator can flow along a flow surface and which can be heated by the combustion of the gas-air mixture, wherein the incandescent body is produced in the form of a flat structure, comprising a plurality of yarns and the connecting elements connecting the yarns to each other at least indirectly in such a manner that the connecting elements at least partially encompass the yarns and thereby connect said yarns together at least indirectly, wherein the connecting elements are designed in such a manner that said elements can be separated, preferably by hand, from the connection with the yarns, with the flat structure being broken down.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément rayonnant à infrarouge pour le traitement thermique d'une bande de matériau, comprenant un corps incandescent dont une surface d’exposition peut être exposée à un mélange gaz-air fourni par l’élément rayonnant à infrarouge, et chauffée par combustion du mélange gaz-air, le corps incandescent étant fabriqué à la manière d'une structure plane, comprenant une pluralité de fils et d’éléments de liaison qui relient les fils au moins indirectement les uns aux autres de telle sorte que les éléments de liaison entourent au moins partiellement les fils et les relient ainsi au moins indirectement les uns aux autres, les éléments de liaison étant réalisés de telle sorte que ceux-ci peuvent être détachés des fils, de préférence à la main, de manière à désassembler la structure plane.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Infrarot-Strahler zur Wärmebehandlung einer Materialbahn, umfassend einen Glühkörper, der entlang einer Anströmfläche mittels eines dem Infrarot-Strahler zuführbaren Gas-Luft-Gemisches anströmbar und durch Verbrennung des Gas-Luft-Gemisches erhitzbar ist, wobei der Glühkörper nach Art eines Flächengebildes hergestellt ist, umfassend eine Vielzahl von Fäden und die Fäden wenigstens mittelbar untereinander verbindenden Verbindungselementen, derart, dass die Verbindungselemente die Fäden wenigstens teilweise umgreifen und diese so wenigstens mittelbar untereinander verbinden, wobei die Verbindungselemente derart ausgeführt sind, dass diese – unter Auflösung des Flächengebildes – aus der Verbindung mit den Fäden – bevorzugt von Hand – lösbar sind.
