Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a turbine blade (1), particularly a moving blade or a fixed blade, comprising at least one blade platform (3) and a blade (4) connected thereto, said blade (4) comprising a leading edge (5) and a trailing edge (6) extending in a main direction of extension (R) from a root region (7) to a tip region (8) of the blade, and a suction side (9) and a pressure side (10) that extend respectively between the leading edge and the trailing edge, the turbine blade comprising at least one ceramic section (11) and at least one metal section (12) connected to each other, the at least one ceramic section being connected to the at least one metal section by means of a soldered joint (13), particularly a ductile soldered joint. The invention also relates to a method for producing or repairing such a turbine blade (1).
(FR) L'invention concerne une aube de turbine (1), en particulier une aube mobile ou directrice, qui présente au moins une plate-forme d'aube (3) et un profil d'aube (4) qui se raccorde à la plate-forme d'aube et présente un bord d'attaque (5) et un bord de fuite (6), lesquels s'étendent dans une direction longitudinale (R), à partir d'une zone de base (7) jusqu'à une zone effilée (8) du profil d'aube ainsi qu'un extrados (9) et un intrados (10) lesquels s'étendent chacun entre le bord d'attaque et le bord de fuite, l'aube de turbine présente au moins une partie céramique (11) et au moins une partie métallique (12), lesquelles sont interconnectées, ladite au moins une partie céramique étant reliée à ladite au moins une partie métallique par l'intermédiaire d'un brasage (13), en particulier par l'intermédiaire d'un brasage ductile. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication ou de réparation d'une aube de turbine de ce type.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Turbinenschaufel (1), insbesondere eine Lauf- oder Leitschaufel, die zumindest eine Schaufelplattform (3) und ein sich daran anschließendes Schaufelblatt (4) aufweist, das eine Vorderkante (5) und eine Hinterkante (6), die sich in einer Haupterstreckungsrichtung (R) von einem Wurzelbereich (7) zu einem Spitzenbereich (8) des Schaufelblatts erstrecken, und eine Saugseite (9) und eine Druckseite (10) umfasst, die sich jeweils zwischen der Vorderkante und der Hinterkante erstrecken, wobei die Turbinenschaufel zumindest einen keramischen Abschnitt (11) und zumindest einen metallischen Abschnitt (12) aufweist, die miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der zumindest eine keramische Abschnitt mit dem zumindest einen metallischen Abschnitt über eine Lötverbindung (13) verbunden ist, insbesondere über eine duktile Lötverbindung. Die Erfindung bezieht sich ferner auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung oder Reparatur einer solchen Turbinenschaufel (1).
