Abstract:
(EN) Creation of a spacially ordered system of hollow polymer fibres and fixation thereof in polymer edges (selvedges) made of a polymer are carried out in a combined device employing immediately successive steps in such a way that the hollow polymer fibres are wound off from separate creel reels and the entire hollow fibre system is parallelly fed in an ordered state directly into an open mould located in an injection module. After closing the mould, a reactive mixture is injected into the mould to form the polymer edges, which fix the position of the hollow polymer fibres. The production of the primary element of the heat-transfer surface area for a heat-exchanger or the primary element for the separation module is finished by separating a part of the edges in the direction crosswise to the direction of the hollow polymer fibres by cutting or by a combination of cutting and breaking.
(FR) La présente invention concerne la création d'un système spatialement ordonné de fibres polymères creuses et sa fixation dans des bords de polymère (lisières) constitués d'un polymère, réalisées dans un dispositif combiné utilisant des étapes immédiatement successives de telle sorte que les fibres polymères creuses sont déroulées à partir de bobines de cantre séparées et l'ensemble du système de fibres creuses est amené en parallèle dans un état ordonné directement dans un moule ouvert situé dans un module d'injection. Après la fermeture du moule, un mélange réactif est injecté dans le moule afin de former les bords de polymère, qui fixent la position des fibres polymères creuses. La production de l'élément primaire de la zone de surface de transfert de chaleur pour un échangeur de chaleur ou l'élément primaire pour le module de séparation se termine par la séparation d'une partie des bords, dans la direction transversale à la direction des fibres polymères creuses, par découpe ou par une combinaison de découpe et de rupture.
