Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a hard paper tube packaging container for ultraviolet (UV) curing type ink. The container comprises: a paper tube body (1) having a front seal (11) and a discharge outlet (12), wherein the front seal (11) comprises two symmetrical guide structures (111), the discharge outlet (12) has a first sealing film (121), an inner sealing piston pressure plate (2) is arranged in the paper tube body (1), the inner sealing piston pressure plate (2) comprises a sealing plate (21) and a convex portion (22), a side wall of the sealing plate (21) is connected to an inner wall of the paper tube body (1) in a sealing manner, under the action of an external force, the sealing plate (21) slides along the inner wall of the paper tube body (1), the convex portion (22) is integrally connected to the sealing plate (21) and has a conical top end and a cylindrical bottom end, and the maximum diameter of the convex portion (22) matches the internal diameter of the discharge outlet (12); a water-soluble coating (3) coated on the inner wall and a guide wall (112) of the paper tube body (1), and on at least one side of the first sealing film (121) and the inner sealing piston pressure plate (2); and an anti-ultraviolet shading layer arranged on an outer side of the paper tube body (1) or on the paper tube body to prevent ultraviolet rays from entering the paper tube body and thus causing drying and curing of ink.
(FR) L'invention concerne un récipient d'emballage tubulaire en papier dur pour encre de type à durcissement par ultraviolets (UV).
