Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a wave absorbing material and a preparation method therefor, and the preparation method comprises: mixing a raw rubber, a filler, a vulcanising agent and an auxiliary agent into a mixture in a mixing step, and then hot pressing moulding the mixture in a hot pressing step so as to obtain the wave absorbing material. The raw rubber is any of an epoxy resin, polyurethane, an ethylene propylene diene monomer, a silicone rubber and a butyl rubber. The filler comprises at least one of high electromagnetic loss materials such as manganese-zinc ferrite, cobalt-nickel ferrite, an iron-aluminium-silicon alloy and an iron-aluminium-chromium alloy, etc.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau d’absorption d’ondes et son procédé de préparation, le procédé de préparation comprenant : le mélange d’un caoutchouc brut, d’une charge, d’un agent de vulcanisation et d’un agent auxiliaire en un mélange dans une étape de mélange, et ensuite le moulage par compression à chaud du mélange dans une étape de compression à chaud afin d’obtenir le matériau d’absorption d’ondes. Le caoutchouc brut est l’une quelconque d’une résine époxy, d’un polyuréthane, d’un monomère diène d’éthylène-propylène, d’un caoutchouc de silicone et d’un caoutchouc de butyle. La charge comprend au moins un parmi les matériaux à perte électromagnétique élevée tels que la ferrite de manganèse-zinc, la ferrite de cobalt-nickel, un alliage de fer-aluminium-silicium et un alliage de fer-aluminium-chrome, etc.
(ZH) 一种吸波材料及其制作方法,该制作方法包括在混合步骤中,将生胶、填料、硫化剂以及助剂混合为混合物,然后在热压步骤中,将上述混合物热压成型,得到吸波材料。生胶为环氧树脂、聚氨酯、三元乙丙橡胶、硅橡胶、丁基橡胶中的任一种;填料包括锰锌铁氧体、镍钴铁氧体、铁铝硅合金、铁铝铬合金等高电磁损耗材料中的至少一种。
