Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a method for preparing a composite material gas intake passage and a composite material gas intake passage, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: a) laying at least one layer of a prepreg on a female mould (1) to form a prepreg layer (5); b) placing a gasbag (3) in the prepreg layer (5), and completing mould assembly; c) inflating the gasbag (3) to a predetermined pressure, and pressing the prepreg layer (5) between the outer surface of the gasbag (3) and the inner surface of the female mould (1); d) subjecting the entire mould assembled in step c) to a curing treatment; and e) relieving the pressure in the gasbag (3) and opening the mould to release the prepared composite material gas intake passage green body. The composite material gas intake passage prepared by means of the preparation method can be applied to an aerostatic vehicle such as an air boat, has the advantages of a light mass, a low degree of processing difficulty, strong weatherability, etc., and can improve the continued flight capability of the aerostatic vehicle.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un passage d'admission de gaz en matériau composite et un passage d'admission de gaz en matériau composite, le procédé de préparation comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) la pose d'au moins une couche d'un préimprégné sur un moule femelle (1) pour former une couche de préimprégné (5); b) la mise en place d'un sac à gaz (3) dans la couche de préimprégné (5), et l'achèvement de l'assemblage du moule; c) le gonflage du sac à gaz (3) à une pression prédéfinie, et la mise sous pression de la couche de préimprégné (5) entre la surface extérieure du sac à gaz (3) et la surface intérieure du moule femelle (1); d) la soumission de l'ensemble du moule assemblé à l'étape c) à un traitement de durcissement; et e) le relâchement de la pression dans le sac à gaz (3) et l'ouverture du moule pour libérer le corps cru de passage d'admission de gaz en matériau composite préparé. Le passage d'admission de gaz en matériau composite préparé au moyen du procédé de préparation peut être appliqué à un véhicule aérostatique tel qu'un hydroglisseur, présente les avantages d'être léger, d'avoir un faible degré de difficulté de traitement, d'avoir une forte résistance aux intempéries, etc., et peut améliorer la capacité de vol continue du véhicule aérostatique.
(ZH) 一种复合材料进气道制备方法及复合材料进气道,该制备方法包括如下步骤:a)、在阴模(1)上铺贴至少一层预浸料,形成预浸料层(5);b)、在预浸料层(5)内放置气囊(3),并完成合模;c)、向气囊(3)内充气至预设压力,将预浸料层(5)挤压于气囊(3)的外表面与阴模(1)的内表面之间;d)、将步骤c)中合模后的模具整体进行固化处理;e)、泄掉气囊(3)内压力,并进行开模,脱出制备的复合材料进气道坯体。通过该制备方法制备的复合材料进气道可应用于例如飞艇等浮空器上,具有质量轻,加工难度低,耐候性强等优点,可以提高浮空器的续航能力。
