Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention are a self-fusion graphene fiber and a preparation method therefor. Dried oxidized graphene fibers are immersed in solvents; after swelling, the fibers are picked out and overlapped together; after being dried, the oxidized graphene fibers are fused and bonded together, and then are further reduced to obtain self-fusion graphene fibers. The entire self-fusion process may be quickly completed within one minute without adding additional binders; the operation is simple and time is saved; the process is environmentally friendly; the bond strength is high, and the quality performance of the graphene fibers themselves, such as in mechanical strength and conductivity, may be maintained. The present invention has great research and application value for further preparation of excellent two-dimensional graphene fiber fabrics or three-dimensional network block materials.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une fibre de graphène à auto-fusion et son procédé de préparation. Des fibres de graphène oxydé séchées sont immergées dans des solvants ; après gonflement, les fibres sont extraites et superposées les unes aux autres ; après avoir été séchées, les fibres de graphène oxydé sont fondues et liées les unes aux autres, puis sont encore réduites afin d'obtenir des fibres de graphène à auto-fusion. L'ensemble du processus d'auto-fusion peut être rapidement achevé en une minute sans ajouter de liants supplémentaires ; la mise en œuvre est simple et le temps est économisé ; le processus est respectueux de l'environnement ; la résistance de liaison est élevée, et les performances de qualité des fibres de graphène elles-mêmes, telles que la résistance mécanique et la conductivité, peuvent être maintenues. La présente invention présente une grande valeur de recherche et d'application pour la préparation supplémentaire d'excellents tissus de fibres de graphène bidimensionnels ou de matériaux de bloc de réseau tridimensionnels.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种自融合石墨烯纤维及其制备方法。将干燥的氧化石墨烯纤维浸入溶剂中,溶胀后提出搭接在一起,待其干燥后氧化石墨烯纤维实现了相互融合粘结,进一步还原即可得到自融合石墨烯纤维。自融合的整个过程可在1分钟之内快速完成,不须添加额外的粘结剂,操作简单、省时、环保,粘结强度高,能保持石墨烯纤维本身优异的机械强度、电导率等性能,对进一步制备出具有优异性能的石墨烯纤维二维织物或三维网络块体材料有极大的研究及应用价值。
