Title: ENCAPSULATING APPARATUS AND DISPLAY PANEL ENCAPSULATING METHOD
Abstract:
An encapsulating apparatus and a display panel encapsulating method, the apparatus comprising: a guide wire (10), a container (20) used for holding an encapsulating glue (21), a rotary workbench (30) used for placing a device to be encapsulated (31), and a wire winding apparatus (40) used for driving the guide wire (10) to move, wherein the guide wire (10) is installed on the wire winding apparatus (40), and a part of the guide wire (10) is used for submerging in the encapsulating glue (21), such that the guide wire (10) having the encapsulating glue (21) adhered thereto passes over the rotary workbench (30) during movement. During operation, a display device to be encapsulated (using encapsulation of an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device as an example) is arranged on the rotary workbench (30) such that the guide wire (10) is in contact with the glass material; when the rotary workbench (30) rotates and the guide wire (10) moves, the guide wire (10) passes through the container (20) and will thereafter have the encapsulating glue (21) in the container (20) adhered thereto, and when the part of the guide wire (10) having the encapsulating glue (21) adhered thereto passes over the rotary workbench (30), the encapsulating glue (21) is coated onto the glass material, and the encapsulating glue (21) is evenly coated by means of the surface tension of the glass material.
