Title: METAL SURFACE MODIFICATION APPARATUS
Abstract:
A metal surface modification apparatus, comprising: a particle solution mixing and circulation system (2) used for providing nano particle solution to a workpiece; a rotating platform used for securing the workpiece and driving the workpiece to rotate; an electrophoresis system, used for depositing the particles in the nano particle solution in the particle solution mixing and circulation system (2) on the surface of the workpiece by means of an electrophoresis effect; and a temperature control apparatus, the temperature control apparatus being used for changing the surface temperature of the workpiece. The present metal surface modification apparatus can perform one or a combination of multiple different processes of metal surface hydrophilic and hydrophobic modification treatment, and can use a natural deposition method, a spin coating method, or an electrophoresis deposition method to assist the nanoparticles to perform surface treatment of irregular metal surfaces including flat planes, curved surfaces, protrusions, and recesses, such that the metal surface has an ordered arrangement of micro particles for surface modification. The present metal surface modification apparatus has wide application, high modification efficiency, and convenient use.
