Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a micro-fluidic device (1000) for enriching circulating tumor cells including a body (100), defining a fluid flowing chamber, the fluid flowing chamber having an opening at an upper side thereof; an inlet (200), disposed at a bottom of the body (100); an outlet (300), disposed at the bottom of the body (100); a plasma fluorescence enhancement chip (400), disposed at the opening of the fluid flowing chamber, and loaded with antibodies at a lower surface thereof; and a magnetic field generating component (500), disposed at an upper surface of the plasma fluorescence enhancement chip (400). Also provided are a kit and a system including the micro-fluidic device (100), a method for enriching circulating tumor cells, and a method for detecting circulating tumor cells.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif microfluidique (1000) pour l'enrichissement de cellules tumorales circulantes, comprenant un corps (100), définissant une chambre d'écoulement de fluide, la chambre d'écoulement de fluide ayant une ouverture au niveau d'un côté supérieur; une entrée (200), disposée au niveau d'un fond du corps (100); une sortie (300), disposée au fond du corps (100); une puce d'augmentation de fluorescence à plasma (400), disposée au niveau de l'ouverture de la chambre d'écoulement de fluide, et chargée avec des anticorps au niveau d'une surface inférieure; et un composant de génération de champ magnétique (500), disposé au niveau d'une surface supérieure de la puce d'augmentation de fluorescence à plasma (400).
