Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a gene sequencing chip, a gene sequencing device and a gene sequencing method. The gene sequencing chip comprises a first substrate (110), a common electrode (120), a second substrate (130) and a liquid crystal layer (140). The first substrate (110) and the second substrate (130) are oppositely disposed, and the liquid crystal layer (140) is disposed between the first substrate (110) and the second substrate (130). A side of the second substrate (130) which is far from the first substrate (110) comprises at least one groove (136) which is indented on the second substrate (130), the groove (136) being used for placing a sample to be tested (210); an ion sensitive membrane (132) is disposed at a bottom portion of the groove (136) which is close to the first substrate (110), and the ion sensitive membrane (132) may sense ions generated by a gene sequencing reaction in the groove (136) so as to generate a voltage and generate an electric field with the common electrode.
