Abstract:
A micro-nano nested particle melting self-bonding surface modification device, comprising: a work bench (1), a particle solution mixing and circulation container (2), a processing tank (7), a liquid conveying apparatus, a vacuum heating apparatus (10) and an integrated control cabinet (11); the particle solution mixing and circulation container (2) is mounted on the work bench (1) and is used for mixing a nanoparticle solution; the processing tank (7) is mounted on the work bench (1) and is used for placing a metal work piece to be processed (6); the liquid conveying apparatus is used for conveying the nanoparticle solution to a surface of the metal work piece to be processed (6); the vacuum heating apparatus (10) is mounted on the work bench (1) and is used for heating the metal work piece to be processed (6) so as to melt a part of the nanoparticles on the surface thereof; an inner portion of the integrated control cabinet (11) is provided with a controller, the controller communicatively connecting to and controlling the particle solution mixing and circulation container (2), the liquid conveying apparatus and the vacuum heating apparatus (10).
