Abstract:
(EN) A naked-eye stereoscopic display grating (10) and a manufacturing method, and a display device (20). The method comprises: preparing a transparent substrate (11); depositing a metal oxide layer (12) on the transparent substrate (11); depositing a metal grating layer (13) on the metal oxide layer (12), the reflectivity of the metal oxide layer (12) being smaller than that of the metal grating layer (13); etching the metal oxide layer (12) and the metal grating layer (13) by means of photolithography to expose a part of the transparent substrate (1) so as to form light-transmissive areas (A) and light reflecting areas (B) that are alternatingly arranged. In virtue of the approach above, the light utilization rate can be improved, and problems such as color crosstalk and contrast reduction caused by ambient light and panel light can be reduced.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un réseau d'affichage stéréoscopique à l’œil nu (10) ainsi qu'à un procédé de fabrication, et à un dispositif d'affichage (20). Le procédé consiste : à préparer un substrat transparent (11) ; à déposer une couche d'oxyde métallique (12) sur le substrat transparent (11) ; à déposer une couche de réseau métallique (13) sur la couche d'oxyde métallique (12), la réflectivité de cette couche d'oxyde métallique (12) étant inférieure à celle de la couche de réseau métallique (13) ; à graver ladite couche d'oxyde métallique (12) et ladite couche de réseau métallique (13) au moyen d'une photolithographie pour rendre visible une partie du substrat transparent (11) de façon à former des zones de transmission de lumière (A) et des zones de réflexion de lumière (B) qui sont disposées en alternance. Grâce à l'approche ci-dessus, le taux d'utilisation de la lumière peut être accru, et des problèmes tels que la diaphonie chromatique et la réduction de contraste causés par la lumière ambiante et la lumière de panneau peuvent être atténués.
(ZH) 一种裸眼立体显示光栅(10)及制造方法、显示装置(20),方法包括:准备一透明基底(11);在透明基底(11)上沉积金属氧化物层(12);在金属氧化物层(12)上沉积金属光栅层(13),其中,金属氧化物层(12)的反射率小于金属光栅层(13)的反射率;采用光刻法对金属氧化物层(12)及金属光栅层(13)进行蚀刻以暴露部分透明基底(11),形成周期性排布的透光区(A)及反光区(B)。通过上述方式,能够提高光线利用率及减少环境及面板光线所引起的颜色串扰及对比度降低等问题。
