Title: PROCESSING METHOD FOR EXTRUDING A SOFT LAMP BELT FROM SILICA GEL
Abstract:
Disclosed is a processing method for extruding a soft lamp belt from silica gel, the method comprising: step 1. extruding a silica gel input wire (2); step 2. manufacturing an LED bare plate soft lamp belt (3); step 3. subjecting the LED bare plate soft lamp belt (3) to an infiltration and base-coating treatment; step 4. extruding a silica gel soft lamp belt: a second semi-solid state mixed silica gel is prepared, and is then formed into a silica gel protective tube (4) by means of a silica gel extruder fitted with a second mold, and during extrusion, the LED bare plate soft lamp belt (3) treated in step 3 is circumferentially wrapped in the silica gel protective tube (4), and vulcanization is then carried out to obtain the silica gel soft lamp belt; and step 5. welding the silica gel input wire (2): the silica gel input wire (2) is welded to the silica gel soft lamp belt, and the head and tail ends of the silica gel soft lamp belt are wrapped in a third semi-solid state mixed silica gel and are cured by hot pressing. The method solves the yellowing, aging and cracking problems that may be present in different degrees in LED waterproof soft lamp belts produced by means of a PVC extrusion process.
