Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-accuracy smart dual-linked bending machine, using two bending machines jointly using sliding rails to jointly clamp a component to be bent, clamping power sources being provided on each of a first bending clamping block (12), a second bending clamping block (22) and a third bending clamping block (5), the clamping power sources being individually connected to a PLC control device (3); in addition, the clamping power sources have connected thereon infrared motion sensors (7) and cameras (8), realizing automatic positioning and full-process video monitoring by the PLC control device (3) of clamping of a component to be bent, facilitating inspection of a status of a component during processing, when inspecting a the component at a later date, increasing component inspection quality and effectiveness; the bending machine is also provided with a third sliding rail (4) between work benches of a first bending machine (1) and a second bending machine (2), the third sliding rail (4) putting the first bending clamping block (12), the second bending clamping block (22) and the third bending clamping block (5) in communication with one another, lowering equipment cost and maintenance time.
