Title: AIR-VAPOUR SEPARATION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR IMMERSED-TYPE LIQUID COOLING SYSTEM
Abstract:
Disclosed is an air-vapour separation method for separating air and refrigerant vapour in an immersed-type liquid cooling system, the immersed-type liquid cooling system comprising an immersed-type server blade centre (2), a condensing device (3), an air-vapour separator (4) and a refrigerant liquid storage tank (1), wherein the refrigerant liquid storage tank (1) provides a liquid refrigerant to the immersed-type server blade centre (2), and the liquid refrigerant cools a heating element in the immersed-type server blade centre (2), causing a phase change of the liquid refrigerant, and thereby the liquid refrigerant is vaporized into refrigerant vapour; the condensing device (3) condenses the refrigerant vapour; and the air-vapour separator (4) separates a mixed gas in the immersed-type liquid cooling system into air and the refrigerant vapour. By means of effectively separating air from refrigerant vapour in the liquid cooling system, cooling efficiency of the liquid cooling system is improved.
