Abstract:
A wire cutting device for a stator winder comprises a longitudinal mounting plate (1), a wire ring (2), and an elongated fixed supporting rod (3) fixedly connected to the wire ring (2). A sliding groove (10) corresponding to the fixed supporting rod (3) is formed in the mounting plate (1). A regulating and fixing mechanism (11) for regulating the height of the fixed supporting rod (3) is disposed on the mounting plate (1). A wire cutting air cylinder (12) is disposed on the mounting plate (1), and a wire cutting head (120) is disposed at a movable end of the wire cutting air cylinder (12). A groove (121) corresponding to the wire ring (2) is formed in a lower end surface of the wire cutting head (120), and a via hole (122) corresponding to the fixed supporting rod (3) is formed in an upper end surface of the wire cutting head (120). A knife edge is disposed at the inner wall of the groove (121). When a wire is wound, a copper wire penetrates through the wire ring (2) and is guided by the wire ring (2), and the height of the fixed supporting rod (3) is adjusted by means of the regulating and fixing mechanism (11), so as to adjust the height of the wire ring (2). When the wire needs to be cut, the relative distance between the wire cutting head (120) and the wire ring (2) is changed by means of the adjusting and fixing mechanism (11) and/or the wire cutting air cylinder (12), and the wire is cut at the knife edge. The wire guiding effect is good, the adjustment is easy, the wire cutting speed is high, the whole structure is simple and compact, costs are low, and a small space is occupied.
