Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a system and method for uninterrupted and continuous construction of concrete towers for use primarily as wind-power towers and communication towers, of cylindrical or conical form or having another arrangement, via the use of a metallic central tower, with a rack-and-pinion system, which provides the vertical movement for carriage-modules with the latter's components. The lower carriage (module), via rigid tensioning members linked therefrom to each of the internal sliding through-forms - forming a radiating arrangement, keeps this set of sliding forms stabilized. The upper carriage (module) is responsible for raising the set of sliding through-forms, via the use of a set formed by the raising arms and the supports thereof, cables and the spacers of the internal and external sliding through-forms. The difference in raising speed between the upper carriage (module) and the lower carriage (module), when programmed, gives rise to the desired angulation/conicity for the concrete tower under construction.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de construction ininterrompue et continue de tours de béton, à utiliser notamment dans des tours éoliennes et de communication, de manière cylindrique, conique ou selon un autre agencement, par utilisation d'une tour métallique centrale, avec système de cran et de crémaillère permettant le mouvement vertical de chariots formant modules avec leurs éléments. Le chariot (module) inférieur, grâce à des éléments de tension rigides reliés à partir de celui-ci à chacune des formes coulissantes traversantes internes de manière à former un élément radial, maintient cet ensemble de formes coulissantes dans un état stabilisé. Le chariot (module) supérieur est destiné à l’élévation de l’ensemble de formes coulissantes traversantes par utilisation de l’ensemble formé par les bras d’élévation et leurs appuis, de câbles et d’éléments d’espacement des formes coulissantes traversantes internes et externes. La différence de vitesse d’élévation entre le chariot (module) supérieur et le chariot (module) inférieur, avec cette programmation, permet d’obtenir l’angulation/conicité souhaitée pour la tour de béton en construction.
(PT) Refere-se a um sistema e método de construção ininterrupta e contínua de torres de concreto para emprego predominantemente em torres eólicas e de comunicação, de forma cilíndrica, cônica ou de outra disposição, através do emprego de torre metálica central, com sistema de pião e cremalheira, responsável pela movimentação vertical de Carros-Módulos com os seus componentes. O Carro (Módulo) inferior, através de Tensores rígidos ligados deste à cada uma das Formas Deslizantes transpassantes internas – formando uma radial, mantém esse conjugado de Formas Deslizantes, estabilizadas. O Carro (Módulo) superior cuida da elevação do conjunto de Formas Deslizantes transpassantes, pelo uso de conjunto formado pelos braços de elevação e seus apoios, cabos e os distanciadores das Formas Deslizantes transpassantes internas e externas. A diferença de velocidade de elevação do Carro (módulo) superior e do Carro (módulo) inferior, quando assim programado, provoca a angulação/conicidade desejada para a torre de concreto em construção.
