Abstract

The invention relates to a compact device that uses pseudoplastic fluids to provide damping according to the speed of rotation, which is easy to adapt to different applications. The device comprises a rotor with curved perforated blades connected to a solid or hollow shaft that moves inside a housing filled with a pseudoplastic fluid. The device responds to the changes of speed of the shaft, thereby providing a control of variable resistance for the damper.

Un dispositivo compacto que proporciona amortiguación dependiente de la velocidad de rotación usando fluidos pseudoplásticos y que es fácilmente adaptable a diversas aplicaciones. El dispositivo consta de un rotor con aspas perforadas curvadas unidas a un eje sólido o hueco que se mueve dentro de un alojamiento lleno de un- fluido pseudoplástico. El dispositivo responde a los cambios de velocidad en el eje, proporcionando así un control de resistencia variable para el amortiguador.

L'invention concerne un dispositif compact qui offre un amortissement qui dépend de la vitesse de rotation utilisant des fluides pseudoplastiques et qui s'adapte facilement à différentes applications. Le dispositif comprend un rotor avec des pales perforées et incurvées reliées à un arbre solide ou creux qui se déplace à l'intérieur d'un logement rempli d'un fluide pseudoplastique. Le dispositif répond aux changements de vitesse dans l'arbre, fournissant ainsi un contôle de résistance variable pour l'amortisseur.
