(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a surgical tool that is capable of freely controlling heat distribution. This surgical tool (11) is provided with: a blade part (25) that comes into contact with biological tissue; a heater (27); and a thermal conduction member (26) that is provided between the blade part (25) and the heater (27) so as to contact the blade part (25) and the heater (27), and exhibits anisotropy in thermal conductivity such that the thermal conductivity increases in the longitudinal direction of the blade part (25) and the thermal conductivity decreases in the width direction (W) that intersects the longitudinal direction (L).
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif de traitement permettant de réguler la répartition de la chaleur. Plus spécifiquement, ce dispositif de traitement (1) comporte: une partie lame (25) destinée à entrer en contact avec un tissu biologique; un élément de chauffage (27); et un élément thermo-conducteur (26) situé entre la partie lame (25) et l’élément de chauffage (27) et en contact avec ceux-ci, et lequel élément est anisotrope et tel qu’il présente un degré de conductivité thermique élevé en direction longitudinale (L) de la partie lame (25) et un faible degré de conductivité thermique en direction transversale (W) perpendiculaire à la direction longitudinale (L).
