Abstract:
(EN) An assembly device for a thrust bearing. The assembly device comprises: a roller supply member (33) that supplies a plurality of rollers (23) that are to be inserted into a plurality of pockets (22) in a holder (2) to a plurality of roller delivery parts (43) that have the same pattern of arrangement as the plurality of pockets; a moving member (3) that moves the holder (2) and/or the plurality of roller delivery parts (43) so as to make the plurality of roller delivery parts (43) respectively face the plurality of pockets (22); and a press-fitting tool (52) that press fits the plurality of rollers (43) that are positioned at the plurality of roller delivery parts (43) into the plurality of facing pockets (22).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'assemblage pour un palier de butée. Le dispositif d'assemblage comprend : un élément de délivrance de rouleaux (33) qui délivre une pluralité de rouleaux (23) qui doivent être insérés dans une pluralité de poches (22) dans un support (2) à une pluralité de parties de délivrance de rouleau (43) qui ont le même motif d'agencement que la pluralité de poches ; un élément mobile (3) qui déplace le support (2) et/ou la pluralité de parties de délivrance de rouleau (43) de façon à mettre la pluralité de parties de délivrance de rouleau (43) respectivement en vis-à-vis de la pluralité de poches (22) ; et un outil d'ajustement avec serrage (52) qui ajuste avec serrage la pluralité de rouleaux (43), qui sont positionnés au niveau de la pluralité de parties de délivrance de rouleau (43), dans la pluralité de poches en vis-à-vis (22).
