Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a heater unit having a fine wire sheath heater with improved reliability. This heater unit comprises: a first substrate and a second substrate which are bonded to one another; a groove which is provided to the bonding surface of the first substrate and/or the second substrate; and a sheath heater positioned on the inside of the groove. The sheath heater is equipped with a metal sheath; a heating wire which is positioned inside the metal sheath with a gap therebetween, the heating wire being ribbon-shaped, and being positioned so as to rotate about the axial direction of the metal sheath; an insulating material positioned in the gap; and connecting terminals which are positioned at one end of the metal sheath, each connecting terminal being electrically connected to one end of the heating wire.
(FR) L'invention concerne une unité de chauffage comportant un élément de chauffage à gaine à fil fin ayant une fiabilité améliorée. Cette unité de chauffage comprend : un premier substrat et un second substrat qui sont liés l'un à l'autre ; une rainure qui est ménagée dans la surface de liaison du premier substrat et/ou du second substrat ; et un élément de chauffage à gaine positionné sur l'intérieur de la rainure. L'élément de chauffage à gaine est équipé d'une gaine métallique ; d'un fil chauffant qui est positionné à l'intérieur de la gaine métallique, avec un espace séparant ceux-ci, le fil chauffant ayant une forme de ruban, et étant positionné de façon à tourner autour de la direction axiale de la gaine métallique ; d'un matériau isolant positionné dans l'espace ; et de bornes de connexion qui sont positionnées à une extrémité de la gaine métallique, chaque borne de connexion étant connectée électriquement à une extrémité du fil chauffant.
