Abstract:
(EN) A hole inner surface cutting device (1) is provided with: a machining head (20) comprising a main body section (20a) and a rotating section (20b) having a cutter (20c); a rotating rod (41) that rotates the rotating section (20b); and a stroke rod (31) that causes the machining head (20) to stroke. The main body section (20a) is provided with at least three aligning mechanisms (22A-22C) that align the machining head (20) in the radial direction of a through hole. The aligning mechanisms (22A-22C) respectively have: radially disposed three sliders (25); guide rollers (26) that are provided at leading ends of the sliders (25), respectively; pistons (23) that press out the sliders (25) to the radially outside; and hydraulic chambers (24) for operating the pistons (23). Furthermore, the hole inner surface cutting device is provided with a control unit that independently controls fluid pressure of respective hydraulic chambers (24) of the aligning mechanisms (22A-22C).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de coupe de surface interne de trou (1) qui comprend : une tête d'usinage (20) comprenant une section de corps principal (20a) et une section rotative (20b) comportant un couteau (20c) ; une tige rotative (41) qui fait tourner la section rotative (20b) ; et une tige de course (31) qui amène la tête d'usinage (20) à se déplacer. La section de corps principal (20a) est pourvue d'au moins trois mécanismes d'alignement (22A-22C) qui alignent la tête d'usinage (20) dans la direction radiale d'un trou traversant. Les mécanismes d'alignement (22A-22C) ont respectivement : trois curseurs disposés radialement (25) ; des rouleaux de guidage (26) qui sont respectivement disposés aux extrémités avant des curseurs (25) ; des pistons (23) qui compriment les curseurs (25) radialement vers l'extérieur ; et des chambres hydrauliques (24) pour faire fonctionner les pistons (23). En outre, le dispositif de coupe de surface interne de trou est pourvu d'une unité de commande qui commande de manière indépendente la pression de fluide de chambres hydrauliques respectives (24) des mécanismes d'alignement (22A-22C).
(JA) 孔内面切削装置(1)は、切削具(20c)を有する回転部(20b)及び本体部(20a)からなる加工ヘッド(20)と、回転部(20b)を回転させる回転ロッド(41)と、加工ヘッド(20)をストロークさせるストロークロッド(31)と、を備えている。本体部(20a)には、加工ヘッド(20)を貫通孔の径方向に位置決めする少なくとも三つの位置決め機構(22A~22C)が設けられている。各位置決め機構(22A~22C)は、放射状に配置された三つのスライダ(25)、スライダ(25)の先端にそれぞれ設けられたガイドローラ(26)、スライダ(25)を径外方に押し出すピストン(23)、及び、ピストン(23)を作動させる液圧室(24)を有している。位置決め機構(22A~22C)の液圧室(24)の液圧をそれぞれ互いに独立して制御する制御部がさらに設けられている。
