Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a water absorbing treatment material having a high water absorption rate. A manufacturing apparatus 1 is an apparatus for manufacturing a water absorbing treatment material 3 comprising a plurality of granules 30, and includes a granulator 10 and a coater 20. The granulator 10 forms a granulated substance (a core 32) that constitutes each granule 30 by granulating a material to be granulated. The coater 20 attaches a coating material that includes an adhesive material onto the surface of the core 32 formed by the granulator 10, thereby forming a coating portion 34 that coats the surface. The granulator 10 forms the core 32 having a through hole 33 that penetrates the core 32.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de fabrication d’un matériau de traitement absorbant l’eau présentant un taux d’absorption d’eau élevé. Un appareil de fabrication (1) est un appareil de fabrication d’un matériau de traitement absorbant l’eau (3) comprenant une pluralité de granules (30), et comprend un granulateur (10) et un dispositif de revêtement (20). Le granulateur (10) forme une substance granulée (un cœur (32)) qui constitue chaque granule (30) par granulation d’un matériau à granuler. Le dispositif de revêtement (20) fixe un matériau de revêtement qui comprend un matériau adhésif sur la surface du cœur (32) formé par le granulateur (10), formant ainsi une portion de revêtement (34) qui recouvre la surface. Le granulateur (10) forme le cœur (32) présentant un trou traversant (33) qui pénètre le cœur (32).
(JA) 吸水速度に優れた吸水処理材の製造方法及び製造装置を提供する。製造装置1は、複数の粒状体30からなる吸水処理材3を製造する装置であって、造粒機10、及び被覆機20を備えている。造粒機10は、被造粒材料を造粒することにより、各粒状体30を構成する造粒物(芯部32)を形成する。被覆機20は、造粒機10により形成された芯部32の表面に接着性材料を含む被覆材料を付着させることにより、当該表面を覆う被覆部34を形成する。造粒機10は、芯部32を貫通する貫通孔33を有する芯部32を形成する。
