Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide an alloy product and a method for manufacturing the product, the alloy product being provided both with mechanical characteristics equal to or greater than those of stainless steel and with corrosion resistance capable of withstanding an intensely corrosive environment such as that of direct contact with various qualities of fuel or combustion gases thereof, or degraded lubricating oil, and the alloy product enabling further cost reduction than an Ni-based alloy. This product using a Cr-Fe-Ni-based alloy is characterized in that the chemical composition of the alloy includes 45-75% by mass Cr, 10-33% by mass Fe, 10-40% by mass Ni, 2% by mass or less Mn, 1% by mass or less Si, 0.005-0.2% by mass Al, 2% by mass or less C, 2% by mass or less N, 0.2% by mass or less O, 0.06% by mass or less P, and 0.01% by mass or less S, and the share of a ferrite phase in the microstructure of the product is 60 area% or greater.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un produit d'alliage et un procédé de fabrication du produit, le produit d'alliage étant pourvu à la fois de caractéristiques mécaniques égales ou supérieures à celles de l'acier inoxydable et d'une résistance à la corrosion pouvant supporter un environnement fortement corrosif tel que celui de contact direct avec différentes qualités de combustible ou de gaz de combustion de celui-ci, ou une huile lubrifiante dégradée, et le produit d'alliage permettant une réduction supplémentaire des coûts par rapport à un alliage à base de Ni. Ce produit utilisant un alliage à base de Cr-Fe-Ni est caractérisé en ce que la composition chimique de l'alliage comprend de 45 à 75 % en masse de Cr, de 10 à 33 % en masse de Fe, de 10 à 40 % en masse de Ni, de 2 % en masse ou moins de Mn, 1 % en masse ou moins de Si, de 0,005 à 0,2 % en masse de Al, 2 % en masse ou moins de C, 2 % en masse ou moins de N, 0,2 % en masse ou moins de O, 0,06 % en masse ou moins de P, et 0,01 % en masse ou moins de S, et la part d'une phase de ferrite dans la microstructure du produit est supérieure ou égale à 60 % en masse.
(JA) 本発明は、様々な品質の燃料やその燃焼ガスや劣化した潤滑油と直接接触するような厳しい腐食環境に耐えられる耐食性およびステンレス鋼と同等以上の機械的特性を兼ね備え、かつNi基合金よりも低コスト化が可能な合金製造物、および該製造物の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明のCr-Fe-Ni系合金を用いた製造物は、前記合金の化学組成が45~75質量%のCrと、10~33質量%Feと、10~40質量%のNiと、2質量%以下のMnと、1質量%以下のSiと、0.005~0.2質量%のAlと、2質量%以下のCと、2質量%以下のNと、0.2質量%以下のOと、0.06質量%以下のPと、0.01質量%以下のSとを含み、前記製造物は、その微細組織においてフェライト相の占有率が60面積%以上であることを特徴とする。
