Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a liquid crystal display panel that makes it possible to suppress display defects caused by air bubbles. This liquid crystal display panel is provided, in order from the back surface side toward the observation surface side, with a first substrate (2a), a liquid crystal layer (4), and a second substrate (6); the first substrate (2a) includes, in order from the liquid crystal layer (4) side, a pixel electrode (18) and an organic insulation film (16) which makes contact with the pixel electrode (18); provided in the organic insulation film (16) is a cavity section (20), at a location overlapping an edge portion of the pixel electrode (18); and it is preferable for the second substrate (6) to include a black matrix (22), and for the cavity section (20) to overlap with the black matrix (22).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides qui permet de supprimer des défauts d'affichage provoqués par des bulles d'air. Ce panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides est disposé, dans l'ordre depuis le côté de surface arrière vers le côté de surface d'observation, avec un premier substrat (2a), une couche de cristaux liquides (4), et un second substrat (6); le premier substrat (2a) comprend, dans l'ordre à partir du côté de la couche de cristaux liquides (4), une électrode de pixel (18) et un film d'isolation organique (16) qui entre en contact avec l'électrode de pixel (18); disposée dans le film d'isolation organique (16) est une section de cavité (20), à un emplacement chevauchant une partie de bord de l'électrode de pixel (18); et il est préférable que le second substrat (6) comprenne une matrice noire (22), et que la section de cavité (20) chevauche la matrice noire (22).
(JA) 本発明は、気泡による表示不良を抑制することができる液晶表示パネルを提供する。本発明の液晶表示パネルは、背面側から観察面側に向かって順に、第一の基板(2a)と、液晶層(4)と、第二の基板(6)とを備え、上記第一の基板(2a)は、上記液晶層(4)側から順に、画素電極(18)と、上記画素電極(18)と接する有機絶縁膜(16)とを有し、上記有機絶縁膜(16)には、上記画素電極(18)の端部と重畳する位置に、空隙部(20)が設けられているものであり、好ましくは、上記第二の基板(6)は、ブラックマトリクス(22)を有し、上記空隙部(20)は、上記ブラックマトリクス(22)と重畳しているものである。
