Abstract:
Provided are monocrystalline diamond particles having excellent thermal stability. The monocrystalline diamond particles contain cubic crystalline boron nitride particles. Preferably, the cubic crystalline boron nitride particles are present inside and/or on the surface of the monocrystalline diamond particles containing the cubic crystalline boron nitride particles, the average particle size of the monocrystalline diamond particles is 500 μm or less, and the average particle size of the cubic crystalline boron nitride particles is 0.05 to 100 μm.
