Abstract:
(EN) Method of producing cement segments (100) for tunnels, reinforced with composite material, and product thus obtained, consisting of the steps of: (A) preparing the unidirectional composite yarn (8), and transferring it to a nozzle (6);(B) making the primary reinforcement (1), by the sub-steps of: (B.1) arranging fixed pins (5) on a translating board (4) which moves through a moving mechanism; said fixed pins (5) forming a closed polygonal line (9) corresponding to the shape of the primary reinforcement (1); (B.2) pre-tensioning, in which the unidirectional composite yarn (8) is pretensioned around the closed polygonal line (9); (C) making the secondary reinforcement (2), by the sub-steps of:(C.1) arranging a plurality of fixed pins (5) on said board (4); (C.2) pre-tensioning;(D) assembling the primary reinforcement (1) into the housings (2.1) arranged on the secondary reinforcement (2), forming the structural cage (10) of the segment (100); (E) strengthening, in which a seam is made to stably connect the primary reinforcement (1) to the secondary reinforcement (2); (F) casting, in which the concrete is cast forming the cement segment (100) for tunnels.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de segments en ciment (100) pour tunnels, renforcés par un matériau composite, et un produit ainsi obtenu, comprenant les étapes suivantes : (A) préparation du fil composite unidirectionnel (8) et transfert de celui-ci à une buse (6) ; (B) réalisation de l'armature primaire (1) par les sous-étapes suivantes : (B.1) arrangement de broches fixes (5) sur une planche de translation (4) qui se déplace en travers d'un mécanisme de déplacement, lesdites broches fixes (5) formant une ligne polygonale fermée (9) correspondant à la forme de l'armature primaire (1) ; (B.2) pré-tension, le fil composite unidirectionnel (8) étant ici pré-tendu autour de la ligne polygonale fermée (9) ; (C) réalisation de l'armature secondaire (2) par les sous-étapes suivantes : (C.1) arrangement d'une pluralité de broches fixes (5) sur ladite planche (4) ; (C.2) pré-tension ; (D) assemblage de l'armature primaire (1) dans les logements (2.1) disposés sur l'armature secondaire (2), formant la cage structurale (10) du segment (100) ; 20 (E) renforcement, une couture étant ici réalisée pour relier de manière stable l'armature primaire (1) à l'armature secondaire (2) ; (F) coulée, le béton étant ici coulé en formant le segment en ciment (100) pour tunnels.
