Abstract:
Method for controlling a user interface (IU) of a culinary system (SC) comprising steps of: having a non-structured item of content (CB) for an initial recipe (R), structuring the non-structured item of content (CB) into a structured item of content (CT) comprising a list of ingredients and of associated amounts (IQ), breaking down the structured item of content (CT) into a plurality of nutritional values (VN) on the basis of a nutritional correspondence base (BCN), recording the plurality of nutritional values (VN) in an item of nutritional information (NUT), the item of nutritional information (NUT) comprising previous nutritional values (VNA) relating to previously performed recipes that were made using the culinary device (AC) and/or using an additional culinary device (ACA) of the culinary system (SC), comparing the item of nutritional information (NUT) with a personalized target nutritional profile (PR) and determining an item of deviation information (ID) relating to a difference between the personalized target nutritional profile (PR) and the item of nutritional information (NUT), determining an item of nutritional recommendation information (RC) from the item of deviation information (ID) and from a recommended recipe base (BR) comprising a plurality of recommended recipes (RR), the item of nutritional recommendation information (RC) comprising at least one recipe to be selected (RS) from among the plurality of recommended recipes (RR), configuring a control interface element (EI) of the user interface (IU) to create an instruction to parameterize and/or to execute (CL) the at least one recipe to be selected (RS) that is intended to be received by a culinary device (AC) of the culinary system (SC).
