Abstract:
(EN) There is provided a method of producing uncoated paper having a grammage according to ISO 536 of 50-250 g/m2, a Gurley value according to ISO 5636-5 of above 15 s and a stretchability according to ISO 1924-3 in the machine direction of at least 9 %, said method comprising the steps of:5 a) providing a pulp, preferably sulphate pulp; b) subjecting the pulp to high consistency (HC) refining; c) subjecting the pulp from step b) to low consistency (LC) refining; d) diluting the pulp from step c) and adding the diluted pulp to a forming wire to obtain a paper web having a dry content of 15-25 %, such as 17-23 %;10 e) pressing the paper web from step d) to a dry content of 30-50 %, such as 36-46 %; f) drying the paper web from step e); g) compacting the paper web from step f) in a Clupak unit at a moisture content of 20-50 %, such as 30-49 %, such as 35-49 %;15 h) drying the paper web from step g); and i) calendering the paper web from step h) in a soft nip calender or a long nip calender at a moisture content of 4-20 %, such as 5-12 %, such as 5-10 %.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production de papier non revêtu présentant un grammage selon la norme ISO 536 de 50 à 250 g/m2, une valeur de Gurley selon la norme ISO 5636-5 supérieure à 15 s et une extensibilité selon la norme ISO 1924-3 dans la direction de la machine d'au moins 9 %, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) fournir une pâte, de préférence une pâte de sulfate ; b) soumettre la pâte à un raffinage à haute consistance (HC) ; c) soumettre la pâte de l'étape b) à un raffinage à faible consistance (LC) ; d) diluer la pâte de l'étape c) et ajouter la pâte diluée à un fil de formation pour obtenir une bande de papier présentant un contenu sec de 15 à 25 %, tel que de 17 à 23 % ; e) presser la bande de papier de l'étape d) jusqu'à obtenir un contenu sec de 30 à 50 %, tel que de 36 à 46 % ; f) sécher la bande de papier de l'étape e) ; g) compacter la bande de papier de l'étape f) dans une unité Clupak à une teneur en humidité de 20 à 50 %, telle que de 30 à 49 %, telle que de 35 à 49 % ; h) sécher la bande de papier de l'étape g) ; et i) calandrer la bande de papier de l'étape h) dans une calandre à pince molle ou une calandre à pince longue à une teneur en humidité de 4 à 20 %, telle que de 5 à 12 %, telle que de 5 à 10 %.
