Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for sealing an annular gap (11) in a turbine with a housing (1) and a rotor (2), which is arranged in the housing (1), is mounted to rotate about its central longitudinal axis, and is equipped with a plurality of stages of rotor blades (3), in which method a) an annular recess (16), which is arranged coaxially with respect to the rotor (2) and opposite the tips (9) of the rotor blades (3) of a stage, is provided in the housing (1) or in at least one element (31) attached to the housing, b) a more particularly subdivided insert ring (17), which is formed such that it can be inserted into the recess (16) in a form-fitting manner with play, is provided, c) the insert ring (17) is inserted into the recess (16), more particularly in that the insert ring (17) is pushed into the recess (16) at least substantially in the axial direction, and d) the insert ring (17) is fixed using securing elements (19) in such a way that an at least substantially axially directed clamping force is applied by means of the securing elements. The invention also relates to a turbine.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de fermer de manière étanche un interstice annulaire (11) dans une turbine comprenant un carter (1) et un rotor (2) disposé dans le boîtier (1), monté de manière à pouvoir tourner autour de son axe longitudinal central et garni de plusieurs étages d'aubes mobiles (3). Selon le procédé, a) un évidement (16) annulaire coaxial par rapport au rotor (2) et opposé aux extrémités (9) des aubes mobiles (3) d'un étage est produit dans le carter (1) ou dans au moins un élément (31) fixé au carter, b) une bague à insérer (17) en particulier fendue est fournie, laquelle est réalisée de manière à pouvoir être insérée dans l'évidement (16) avec jeu et complémentarité de forme, c) la bague à insérer (17) est insérée dans l'évidement (16), en particulier par introduction de la bague à insérer (17) dans l'évidement (16) au moins sensiblement dans la direction axiale, et d) la bague à insérer (17) est fixée à l'aide d'éléments de fixation (19) de telle sorte qu'une force de serrage orientée au moins sensiblement axialement soit appliquée au moyen des éléments de fixation. (DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Abdichtung eines Ringspaltes (11) in einer Turbine mit einem Gehäuse (1) und einem in dem Gehäuse (1) angeordneten, um seine zentrale Längsachse drehbar gelagerten und mit mehreren Stufen von Laufschaufeln (3) bestückten Rotor (2), bei dem a) eine ringförmige, zu dem Rotor (2) koaxiale und den Spitzen (9) der Laufschaufeln (3) einer Stufe gegenüberliegende Vertiefung (16) in dem Gehäuse (1) oder in wenigstens einem an dem Gehäuse befestigten Element (31) bereitgestellt wird, b) ein insbesondere geteilter Einsatzring (17), der derart ausgebildet ist, dass er in die Vertiefung (16) mit Spiel formschlüssig einsetzbar ist, bereitgestellt wird, c) der Einsatzring (17) in die Vertiefung (16) eingesetzt wird, insbesondere, indem der Einsatzring (17) zumindest im Wesentlichen in axialer Richtung in die Vertiefung (16) eingeschoben wird, und d) der Einsatzring (17) mit Befestigungselementen (19) derart fixiert wird, dass eine zumindest im Wesentlichen axial gerichtete Spannkraft mittels der Befestigungselemente aufgebracht wird. Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung eine Turbine.
