Abstract:
A new type of textile fabric shaping drying machine, comprising: a support base (1) and a drying cabinet (4), the support base being provided thereon with a conveying belt (3); two ends of the conveying belt are provided with transfer rollers (2), and the drying cabinet is provided at a middle portion of the conveying belt, while a side of the conveying belt is provided with a plurality of shaping rollers (6); a shaping roller is connected to a motor (7), and a protective housing (5) is provided on an outer portion of the motor; a temperature display meter (9) is provided at a side of an outer portion of the drying cabinet, the temperature display meter being connected to a temperature sensor (8) which is provided at an inner portion of the drying cabinet; a top portion of an outer side of the drying cabinet is provided with a plurality of air outlet pipes (10), and an end of each air outlet pipe is connected to an exhaust fan (11); a bottom portion of the outer side of the drying cabinet is provided with a plurality of air inlet pipes (12), and an end of each air inlet pipe is connected to an air blower (13), while an electric heating net is provided at the inner portion of the drying cabinet (14). The foregoing drying machine achieves a continuous feeding and continuous discharge means, modifies the original means of waiting for a material to dry, achieves the automation of a drying process, and greatly improves yield efficiency, while drying degree is uniform, the moisture content of dried fabrics is controlled accurately, and operation is simple.
