Title: HIGH-SPEED DAMAGE- AND CONTAMINATION-RESISTANT FREEZING CENTRIFUGE FOR USE IN EXTRACTING CELLS
Abstract:
A high-speed damage- and contamination-resistant freezing centrifuge for use in extracting cells, comprising a housing (1), a central control panel (5) provided in a cavity of the housing (1), a refrigeration mechanism (3) provided within the housing (1), a separating mechanism, a pair of push rollers (2) provided at the bottom part of the housing (1), and an anti-shattering recycling apparatus. An annular work groove (12) used for mounting the separating mechanism is provided on the upper sidewall surface of the housing (1). A vent (13) and a touch control board (14) respectively are provided on either side part of the housing (1). The separating mechanism comprises a centrifugal rotor (4) provided within the annular work groove (12) and a rotating motor (41) used for driving the centrifugal rotor (4). The high-speed damage- and contamination-resistant freezing centrifuge for use in extracting cells has a simple structure, rational design, high rotational speed, and freezing, angle-adjusting, and anti-shattering and recycling functions, and satisfies the separation, refinement, and polishing of substances of higher requirements.
