Abstract:
A constant-humidity, quality-maintaining and aroma-conservation aluminum plating transferring inner liner for a cigarette, comprising a raw paper layer, wherein a composite rubber layer, an aluminum plating film layer and a water-based protection layer are sequentially arranged on the upper surface of the raw paper layer from inside to outside; the lower surface of the raw paper layer is provided with a moisture humidifying layer; the inner liner for a cigarette also comprises a moisture preservation and aroma conservation layer arranged on the upper surface or the lower surface of the raw paper layer, wherein the moisture preservation and aroma conservation layer is arranged between the raw paper layer and the composite rubber layer or is arranged between the raw paper layer and the moisture humidifying layer. Further disclosed is a manufacturing process for the constant-humidity, quality-maintaining and aroma-conservation aluminum plating transferring inner liner for a cigarette. The aluminum plating transferring inner liner for a cigarette may effectively balance the moisture of a cigarette product and maintain the quality of the cigarette product by means of the arrangement of the moisture preservation and aroma conservation layer.
