Abstract:
An electromagnetic signal detection circuit and a detection method. An electromagnetic signal from a signal source and a reference signal from a reference source are either simultaneously amplified and alternately transmitted to a processing circuit for comparison processing, or are both amplified and thereafter alternately transmitted to the processing circuit for comparison. In existing technology, a switch always has switching losses that are not zero, and the gain of an amplifier will decrease as the frequency increases and/or decreases after the frequency of a signal to be amplified exceeds a specific frequency range of the amplifier. Hence, the described method may effectively detect electromagnetic signals regardless of the switching loss of the amplifier that is used and/or the frequency of the received signal.
