Abstract:
The invention relates to a preparation method of dehydrating and crushing algae, preferably kelp-type algae (Noage marine), provided with improved biological effects, and which is mixed with a grape seed extract, for food-related, nutritional, dietary and therapeutic purposes, characterised by comprising the following steps: a) extracting the kelp and soaking same for 4 to 6 hours, preferably between 1 and 10 hours, in fresh water in order to remove the sodium; 2) then introducing the kelp into an oven and dehydrating same at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C, preferably between 5°C and 50°C; 3) once the kelp is dehydrated, introducing same into a crushing mill, which converts the kelp into a fine powder; 4) combining or mixing the kelp powder obtained from the mill with a Chilean grape seed extract, which is extracted in the following manner: a) the grape is pressed and the seed and the skin is obtained and then dehydrated in ovens at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C, preferably between 5°C and 50°C; b) once the grape seed is dehydrated it is crushed with a mill; and c) finally the marine kelp powder and the grape seed powder are mixed, and encapsulated.
