Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method and apparatus (100; 300) for recovering carbon dioxide produced during wet oxidation treatment of an aqueous mixture of waste containing organic matter, possibly mixed with mineral materials, bio-mineral materials or organic resins. The installation (300) comprises an oxidation reactor (102) and a heat exchanger (103) located at the oxidation reactor outlet (102). The waste mixture to be treated and the oxidizing gas are introduced into the oxidation reactor 102. A fraction of the liquid resulting from said oxidation treatment in said reactor (102) is used for pre-heating the waste mixture and the oxidizing gas. A first gas and liquid separator (104) is used essentially to extract carbon dioxide and is connected to the inlet (161) of a pressurised gas cooler (105). The outlet (162) of the gas cooler (105) is connected to the inlet (171) of a second gas and liquid separator (106) for discharging gases which cannot be condensed and a pump (107) for filling containers or bottles (108) with pressurised liquid carbon dioxide.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et une installation (100; 300) pour récupérer de l'anhydride carbonique produit au cours d'un traitement d'oxydation par voie humide, d'une mixture aqueuse de déchets contenant des matières organiques, éventuellement mélangées à des matières minérales, des matières bio-minérales, des résines organiques. L'installation (300) comporte, un réacteur d'oxydation (102) et un échangeur de chaleur (103) placé à la sortie du réacteur d'oxydation (102). La mixture de déchets à traiter et le gaz oxydant sont introduits dans le réacteur d'oxydation 102. Une fraction du liquide issu de ce traitement d'oxydation dans ledit réacteur (102) est utilisé pour le préchauffage du mélange mixture et gaz oxydant. Un premier séparateur (104) de gaz et de liquides permet d'extraire essentiellement de l'anhydride carbonique et est connecté à l'entrée (161) d'un refroidisseur de gaz sous pression (105). La sortie (162) du refroidisseur de gaz (105) est connectée à l'entrée (171) d'un second séparateur de gaz et de liquides (106) pour évacuer les gaz qui ne peuvent pas être condensés et d'une pompe (107), permettant de remplir des conteneurs ou des bouteilles (108) d'anhydride carbonique liquide sous pression.
