Abstract:
(EN) Provided are methods of producing a negative electrode including comminuting Li-Group IVA alloy particles in a solvent to a desired particle size distribution range, exposing surfaces of the Li-Group IVA alloy particles to a monomer or polymer surface modifier present during the comminution process, the surface modifier forming a continuous coating on an exposed surface of the Li-Group IVA alloy particles, removing the solvent, and adding the surface-modified Li-Group IVA alloy particles to a negative electrode material by a coating process.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des procédés de production d'une électrode négative, consistant à fragmenter des particules d'alliage Li-élément du groupe IVA dans un solvant à une plage de distribution de taille de particule souhaitée, à exposer des surfaces des particules d'alliage Li-élément du groupe IVA à un modificateur de surface monomère ou polymère présent pendant le processus de fragmentation, le modificateur de surface formant un revêtement continu sur une surface exposée des particules d'alliage Li-élément du groupe IVA, à éliminer le solvant, et à ajouter les particules d'alliage Li-élément du groupe IVA modifiées en surface à un matériau d'électrode négative par un processus de revêtement.
