Abstract:
(EN) A method and control system for controlling a position of an automated clutch and an engine torque are presented. The engine torque being provided by an engine using an electric spark to ignite a mixture of fuel and air in its cylinders to create said engine torque. According to the method, an air control response time is determined. Then, the air input into the cylinders is controlled by use of a first control signal including a first change in amplitude at a first point in time. The ignition timing for the electric spark is controlled by use of a second control signal including a second change in amplitude at a second point in time occurring the air control response time later than the first point in time. A change of the clutch position is controlled by use of a fourth control signal including a fourth change in amplitude related to the second point in time. Hereby, an actual change of the clutch position and an actual adjustment of the engine torque are essentially synchronised, and start at or after the second point in time.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de commande permettant de commander la position d'un embrayage automatisé et d'un couple moteur. Le couple moteur étant fourni par un moteur à l'aide d'une bougie d’allumage servant à allumer le mélange de carburant et d'air contenu dans ses cylindres pour créer ledit couple moteur. Selon le procédé, un temps de réponse de commande d'air est déterminé. Ensuite, l'entrée d'air dans les cylindres est commandée par l'utilisation d'un premier signal de commande comprenant un premier changement d'amplitude à un premier instant. L'avance à allumage pour la bougie d'allumage est commandée par l'utilisation d'un second signal de commande comprenant un second changement d'amplitude à un second instant, de telle sorte que le temps de réponse de la commande d'air se produise plus tard que le premier instant. Le changement de la position d'embrayage est commandé par l'utilisation d'un quatrième signal de commande comprenant un quatrième changement d'amplitude associé au second instant. Ainsi, le changement réel de la position d'embrayage et le réglage réel du couple moteur sont essentiellement synchronisés, et commencent au second instant ou après le second instant.
