(KO) 고로딩 전극의 제조 방법
Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for manufacturing a high-loading electrode, which prevents a phenomenon in which a binder lifts off from an electrode layer, prevents a problem when drying an electrode slurry from occurring, and prevents a problem of damage of the electrode layer and reduction in electrode strength at corner portions in blanking from occurring. The method for manufacturing a high-loading electrode comprises: a step of applying an electrode slurry to a release film to manufacture an electrode layer having the release film attached thereto; a step of blanking the electrode layer having the release film attached thereto to the size of a unit electrode; and a step of separating and removing the release film from the blanked electrode layer, and then stacking and rolling the electrode layer on a current collector in two or more layers.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une électrode à charge élevée pouvant empêcher un phénomène au cours duquel un liant se décolle d'une couche d'électrode, pouvant empêcher la survenue d'un problème lors du séchage d'une suspension d'électrode ainsi que la survenue d'un problème de détérioration de la couche d'électrode et de réduction de la résistance d'électrode au niveau de parties coin pendant le découpage. Le procédé de fabrication d'une électrode à charge élevée comprend les étapes suivantes consistant : à appliquer une suspension d'électrode sur un film anti-adhésif de manière à fabriquer une couche d'électrode sur laquelle est fixé le film anti-adhésif ; à découper la couche d'électrode sur laquelle est fixé le film anti-adhésif à la taille d'une électrode unitaire ; et à séparer et à éliminer le film anti-adhésif de la couche d'électrode découpée, puis à empiler et à laminer la couche d'électrode sur un collecteur de courant en au moins deux couches.
(KO) 전극층에서 바인더가 들뜨는 현상을 막을 수 있고, 전극 슬러리의 건조 문제가 발생하지 않으며, 타발에서의 모서리 부위에서 전극층의 손상 및 전극 강도 감소의 문제가 발생하지 않는 고로딩 전극의 제조방법이 제공된다. 상기 고로딩 전극의 제조방법은 이형 필름 위에 전극 슬러리를 도포하여 이형 필름이 부착된 전극층을 제조하는 단계; 상기 이형 필름이 부착된 전극층을 단위전극의 크기로 타발하는 단계; 및 상기 타발된 전극층에서 이형 필름을 분리하여 제거한 후, 전극층을 집전체 위에 2층 이상으로 올려 압연하는 단계;를 포함한다.
